Our online consultations assess whether you have the mental capacity to make or amend your will in accordance with the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the established legal test for testamentary capacity.

Where appropriate, we can provide a written medical opinion following your consultation, which can be shared with your solicitor.
If further assessment is required before a medical opinion can be given, we will explain this during your appointment.
